Cold, blustery winds outside and dry, heated rooms inside...it's all a recipe for unhappy skin! Winter can be harsh, so we need the right tools and knowledge during these chillier months to help our skin stay balanced and soothed. In this lecture, we will discuss internal and external tips to best support your largest organ all season long.
